Lanyard Printing –
Screen Printing
Screen printing, also known as silkscreen printing, involves applying the ink “on” the lanyard. When you run your fingers over the lanyard, you can feel the printed logo.
We can apply screen printing to various types of lanyards, including polyester, nylon, cotton, reflective, leather, glitter, and elastic lanyards, among others.
Unlike many other providers, all of our screen printed lanyards are hand-printed, not machine-made. This process ensures a high level of delicacy, enabling us to handle more than just simple one or two-color designs. We can print a spectrum of Pantone colors, and even intricate CMYK designs like the detailed “tiger face” show on the left.
Please note that the price of screen printed lanyards is influenced by the number of colors involved in the design: the more colors, the higher the unit price.

Sublimation Printing
Sublimation printing, often referred to as Heat Transfer printing, involves printing the logo onto a special heat-sensitive paper and then using a heat press to transfer the image or logo into the lanyard. Unlike with screen printing, you cannot feel the logo on the lanyard, as the heat fuses the ink directly into the material, creating a smooth finish.
This method normally applied to Polyester Lanyard, so if you prefer the lanyard to be nylon lanyard or cotton lanyard, sublimation printing can’t work.
One of the distinct advantages of Sublimation printing is that it can handle highly detailed, multi-colored, and even gradient designs. This is because we can print a full range of CMYK colors, Heat transfer printing creates a vibrant, long-lasting image that can endure wear and tear without losing its vibrancy. Although Sublimation printing can print CMYK and gradient color, the price is still super good.

Woven Logo
Woven logos provide a unique tactile quality to your lanyards. Unlike screen or heat transfer printing, woven logos are not printed “on” the lanyard. Instead, your logo is woven directly into the fabric using a Jacquard loom, which can create a distinct texture that can be felt when you touch the lanyard.
Woven logos are most commonly seen on Polyester or Elastic lanyards, and they give a sense of luxury and high-quality craftsmanship.
They are ideally suited for simple, bold logos, as complex or gradient designs can be difficult to replicate with weaving. The logo can be rendered in a variety of colors, but the price increases with the complexity of the design and the number of colors used. Woven logos are typically more expensive due to the intricate process and high level of craftsmanship required.
