Step 1: Choose the Custom Lanyard Style
Style A: The Classic Style, Lanyard + Lanyard Hook
Style B: Safety Lanyard, Lanyard + Lanyard Hook + Safety Plastic Lock, the safety lock can be at the neck part of the lanyard, or at the side of the lanyard.
Style C: Quick Release Lanyard, or Detachable Lanyard，Lanyard + Lanyard Hook + Detachable Buckle
Style D: Safety Breakaway Lanyard, Lanyard + Lanyard Hook + Safety Plastic Lock + Detachable Buckle
Tips: All the detachable buckle, safety lock and lanyard hook(lobster claw) can change to other lanyard accessories.
Step 2: Choose the Custom Lanyard size
The regular lanyard width is 1cm(3/8”)，1.2cm(1/2”), 1.5cm(3/8”), 2cm(3/4”), 2.5cm(1”). The most popular length is 90cm(36inches), folded finished length is 45cm(18”). The lanyard thickness which we normally do is 0.65mm thickness, but we also can do thick heavy duty lanyard, all the lanyard thickness and lanyard width can be customized.
Step 3: Choose the Custom Lanyard Color

Step 4: Choose the Logo Style
Screen printed, Dye Sublimation, Woven logo is the most popular logo style.
Screen printed logo is the logo printed on the surface of the lanyard, silk-screen printing price is affected by the colors, the more colors, the higher the unit price.
Sublimation printing lanyard is the logo that is printed and heat transferred into the lanyard material, the price is not affected by the colors.
Custom woven lanyard, the woven logo is weaving into the custom lanyard, it is also called jacquard weaving lanyard, the woven lanyard can last life time!
If your logo is simple, you can do any logo style which you need.
Sublimation printing is the fastest, we can ship the goods out in 3 days based on the quantity which is less than 3000pcs, and no set-up charge if the quantity is over 500pcs.
We will need 3-5 days for Custom screen printing lanyard, 5-7 days for the custom woven lanyard, and it will have the set-up charge which quantity less than 3000pcs,
If your logo is multi colors or full color, you can do sublimation printing logo.
If your logo is simple, you can do printed logo or woven logo, for custom woven lanyard, normally the logo colors is less than 4 colors, the custom woven lanyard can be flat polyester or tube polyester, if you need more complicated woven logo style, please check with us directly.

Step 5: Choose the Lanyard Material
The most popular lanyard material is polyester, as it is the most universal lanyard material, and the price is best. It can be flat polyester, tube polyester, and even stripe lanyard, or double-sided polyester lanyard which each side is different colors.

Step 8: How to pack your goods?
The most common packing is 1pc/polybag or 50pcs/polybag. We also do the custom lanyard package like blister packing, header card packing, or just as per your request.
This the whole process of How to do the Custom Lanyard, during the production, we inspect the quality two times, the first inspection round is after we cut the printed lanyard or sublimation lanyard or woven lanyard, before we asemble the lanyard, we will do the first inspection.
