Step 1: Choose the Wristband logo Style:
The above photo shows the most popular logo style which we do, the basic logo style is embossed logo, debossed logo, printed logo.
Ink injected the color into the debossed logo silicone bracelet, we call it ink injected wristband, or debossed filled wristband.
Embossed logo wristbands to do the printing on it, it transforms into Embossed Printed Silicone wristband.
Color coated wristband, the color of the inner and outer is different, the logo can be embossed, debossed or ink injected, screenprinting.
Glitter Silicone Wristbands, there are two different styles, one is the glitter into the silicone wristband, another is the glitter logo to be added into the ink, and injected into the logo, only the logo part is glitter logo.G

Step 2: Choose the wristband Color:
The most silicone wristbands color which you see may solid Pantone color, yes, we definitely can do any Pantone color, we have more than 20 stock Pantone colors, we also can customize any Pantone color you need. Except for the solid color, we can do some magic colors, like the segmented color(2 or more colors), the most popular one is rainbow color, and also swirl color(2 or more colors), color coated(the outside and inside banner color to be different), Glitter Wristband Color, even Glow-in-Dark Wristband color.
Step 3: Choose the wristband Size:
Most of the silicone wristbands suppliers do 2 sizes, Adult Size and Youth Size, we added 2 more sizes, Toddler Size and Adult XL Size, normally everybody can get his own sizes from the 4 sizes.
The Most Popular Wristband Height is 1/2′(1.2cm), the other width is 1/4′(0.6cm), 3/4”(1.90cm), 1″(2.5cm), 1.5”(3.8cm), 2.0“（5cm). The thickness is around 2mm thickness.
Step 4: Free Mock-Up
After we got the first 3 steps, We will make a mock-up artwork to show you how your logo looks like on the silicone wristband.
Step 5: Confirm the Quatity and arrange the production.
Step 6: How to pack your silicone wristbands?
How to pack your order? Normally it is 100pcs/polybag or individual packing 1pc/polybag, or you also can do blister packing, header card with polybag, or as per your requirement.
